Berwick and Queen's Park eye points

Berwick will look to get their first points of the season at the expense of visitors Queen's Park.

The Shielfield men have Devon Jacobs back from a knee injury to help them but Neil Janczyk remains out due to a leg problem of his own.

After Berwick lost their season opener 1-0 at Clyde, manager Ian Little said: "We played well against Clyde in our last game however we never had an end product. Theyscored and we didn't and that is why we lost the game.

"Hopefully we can show a more ruthless streak against Queen's Park and get our season off and running."

Queen's Park are missing Ricky Lamie after he was sent off on his debut against East Stirling.

Paul Gallacher's ankle injury and Scott Gibson's groin problem keep them out, however, the Hampden side include Grant Mosson after international clearance was received from his last club in Australia as well as fellow new signing James Baty.

David Anderson is back from suspension and Joao Vitoria returns after family commitments.

Head coach Gardner Speirs said: "Both Berwick and ourselves are looking to bounce back after opening-day defeats. We are better off player-wise this week and that will be a real help to us."
