Defender sits out Shire visit

Berwick will be without Stephen Tulloch against East Stirling at Shielfield.

Tulloch has suffered a hamstring injury and the defender joins Dougie Brydon, who has a pelvic problem, on the sidelines.

Rangers boss Ian Little is set to make changes to his front line after growing frustrated with a recent lack of goals.

He said: "We are playing well in games and we are a far better side than ninth but we are failing with the most important part which is to get the ball into the net.

"The Shire do not give away too many chances and I need to come up with the right combination that will do the business."

East Stirling, who have slipped off top spot and down to sixth in the table, are at full strength for the trip.

Rhys Devlin, Nathan Shepherd and Max Wright are all added to head coach John Coughlin's squad after injury.

Coughlin said: "We have gone six games without a win and it is time to change that. I always knew that we would be due a sticky patch at some stage of the season and hopefully we have come through it.

"A win at Berwick would be a huge boost and get us right back into the leading group. Both Berwick and ourselves have been struggling to score goals so this could be a 1-0 game."
