Finn Graham banned for Berwick
Berwick suffered a blow in the build up their game with League Two leaders Annan at Shielfield after Finn Graham was suspended after being sent off in a friendly with a Newcastle United XI.
Skipper Jonny Fairbairn is also banned, however the Borderers could include their new signing from Allan Walker, who joined from East Fife, from the start.
Manager John Coughlin said: "We have done really well to win our last two games and confidence about the club has been lifted as a result. It is not ideal facing the league leaders without two big players, however we need to get on with it and look for that third win."
Leaders Annan are without the suspended Peter Weatherson, with manager Jim Chapman delaying naming his team as Bryan Gilfillan, Steven Sloan and Greig McDonald are all struggling with injuries.
Chapman said: "We have suffered defeats from Stirling Albion and then Clyde in our last two games, however the effort from the players has been great.
"We have taken heart from the fact that despite those two losses we are still top of the table and know that winning at Berwick will keep us there.
"It will not be easy to do that as they will be flying after defeating Queen's Park at Hampden last weekend."
