Jordyn Sheerin double sees Berwick overcome Stirling

Jordyn Sheerin scored twice and missed out on a hat-trick as Berwick came from behind to beat Stirling 3-2.

Dylan Bikey got Stirling going with six minutes on the clock, taking Willie Robertson's pass and slotting beyond Kevin Walker.

The lead lasted barely a minute, though, as Greg Hurst drilled in at the other end to bring Berwick level.

Back came Stirling and Bikey in particular, his 23rd-minute effort from the edge of box putting his side back in front.

It was 2-2 come the break, though, Sheerin converting from the spot after Stirling were called for a handball in a crowded box.

Sheerin then won it with nine minutes left before he missed another penalty, Chris Smith denying him.
