Berwick lose their marbles at home to Elgin

Berwick fell to a sixth loss in a row as Elgin claimed a 3-2 win at Shielfield Park.

The hosts did go in front when Johnny Fairbairn's shot was blocked before Michael McKenna drove the rebound past Mark Hurst.

But the joy was short lived as Darryl McHardy levelled with a fine header from an Archie MacPhee corner.

Dylan Easton was then given too much space to beat the back-line, and his cutback found Brian Cameron well-placed to put Elgin in front.

The league's top scorer Craig Gunn grabbed his customary goal from another Easton pass to make it 3-1.

Darren Lavery gave Berwick a late consolation when Hurst spilled a Steven Notman cross.
