Malcom earns Blues point

A 75th-minute Craig Malcolm strike earned promotion-chasing Stranraer a late point in a 2-2 draw at Berwick.

The visitors had earlier taken the lead, Malcolm setting up Stuart McColm to score his eighth league goal of the season in the sixth minute.

Berwick almost made an immediate response when Damon Gray's header hit the post three minutes later and were soon back on level terms when Steven Notman tapped in from close range after 10 minutes.

Ian Little's side then took the lead thanks to Lee Currie's thunderous 30-yard free-kick which found the top corner in the 32nd minute.

The Borderers were unable to hold on to their advantage, however, Malcolm racing on to John Kane's assist before coolly finishing past Jamie Barclay in the Berwick goal.
