Currie leaves it late Paul Currie's dramatic late goal secured Berwick a 1-0 home win over Montrose, only their second victory in 15 matches. Currie got on the end of David Greenhill's cross in the 89th minute to score left-footed from 12 yards to send the home support home happy. The closest either side had came in the first-half was after 25 minutes when Rangers' Stuart Callaghan hit the post from 20 yards. Montrose did have their chances, Aaron Sinclair headed straight at Berwick goalkeeper Mark Peat after just three minutes. Paul Tosh also tested Peat in the second half with a close-range strike, while Alan Campbell nodded wide. The Gable Endies have now only won once in seven games.
