Wolfsburg an option, says Bayern's want-away Olic

Bayern Munich's unhappy Croatia striker Ivica Olic said on Thursday a potential new employer could be German league rivals VfL Wolfsburg, as he looks to move away during January's transfer window.
"That is an option," the 32-year-old Olic told German magazine Kicker, with his contract set to expire in June.
"I am not happy, these are difficult days."
Olic confirmed there has also been contact with clubs outside Germany, as he looks to get more first-team football to recapture his form for Croatia at next summer's Euro 2012.
"I am not a young player anymore and I only have two or three years left to play. I have to use this time," he said.
"I don't know what will happen in the winter break, but I will leave here in the summer at the latest."
Olic made a rare appearance for Bayern in the 2-0 Champions League defeat at Manchester City on Wednesday, but the club are insisting they will not let him leave as he provides cover for star striker Mario Gomez.
"We do not plan to let a player leave in the winter break, but Ivi Olic needs more games," admitted coach Jupp Heynckes.
Dogged by knee problems and a hip injury in the last 18 months, the Croatian forward has been sparsely deployed since Heynckes arrival at the start of the season.
He has been told by Croatia manager Slaven Bilic that he needs regular matches in the run-up to Euro 2012, where Croatia have been drawn against champions Spain, Italy and the Republic of Ireland.
