Van Gaal waits on injured duo

Coach Louis van Gaal has dropped a strong hint that both Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery will play some part in Tuesday's Champions League clash with Fiorentina.

Bayern hold a 2-1 first leg advantage following the first encounter on home soil last month in which both of the Bundesliga club's star players featured.

Netherlands winger Robben missed Friday's 1-1 draw with Koln while Ribery was a second-half substitute.

Speaking about his line-up for the trip to Florence, van Gaal said: "Robben was rested on Friday and did a single workout yesterday.

"As for Ribery, he has a few troubles, we'll see if he is available in the coming hours.

"I'm not saying the team that will play tomorrow. I noticed our adversaries are often changing their tactics before facing us and this creates problems with regards to our preparations."
