Belgium international central defender Daniel van Buyten is set to remain with Bayern Munich for next season, despite having struggled to make his mark at the Allianz Arena.
The 30-year-old joined Bayern from Hamburg in the summer of 2006 and has been linked with a number of clubs across Europe after facing a battle to become a first-team regular.
However, van Buyten's agent, Christophe Henrotay, told Sky Sports: "I have not heard anything about new interest apart from what I have seen in the press.
"Bayern are changing coach next season, with Jurgen Klinsmann coming in and Daniel is keen to see how things go under him. He is feeling fine at Bayern and he is happy in Germany.
"He is pleased that clubs are interested in him, but he wants to see how things develop at Bayern under Klinsmann.
"He wants to stay and fight for his place under the new regime."
