Toni: Bayern exit is imminent

Unhappy striker Luca Toni claims his departure from Bayern Munich will be finalised within the next ten days.

Italy international Toni is rumoured to be on his way back to Serie A following a series of fall-outs with Bayern coach Louis van Gaal this season.

The former Napoli striker has been frozen out of the first-team picture at the Allianz Arena since the first week in November.

"Certainly I will be leaving Munich," he declared. "That will be decided in the next ten days but I don't have any chances left here.

"You have more chance of winning the lottery than me staying.

"I will definitely be taking some beautiful memories back with me, particularly my first season with 39 goals in all competitions.

"It started to get a bit more difficult under former manager Jurgen Klinsmann, but now it is over, finished."
