Surgery for injured Demichelis

Argentina international Martin Demichelis could be sidelined for three weeks after suffering a facial injury during the friendly victory against Germany.
The central defender will definitely miss this weekend's Bundesliga clash at Koln as well as the Champions League encounter with Fiorentina and may also be forced to sit out this month's games with Freiburg, Eintracht Frankfurt and Stuttgart.
Demichelis is reported to have suffered fractures to an eye socket, his cheekbone and upper jaw during the 1-0 win and was forced to endure surgery on Thursday morning.
Head coach Louis van Gaal has few defensive options as he attempts to extend Bayern's unbeaten run that stretches back to the Champions League defeat to Bordeaux in early November.
