Bayern Munich's Germany international midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger has confirmed that he is close to making a decision about his future.
The 26-year-old's current contract runs out at the end of next season and the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United and Chelsea are reportedly monitoring the situation.
Schweinsteiger told Sport1: "Yes, I am leaning towards a decision. Bayern's footballing skills have developed greatly in the last year, which was nice to see.
"Last season, we have seen how far Louis van Gaal can bring a team. I hope he stays at Bayern for a long time. He works well with the club.
"My goal is to win the Champions League and I've always said that I can do that at other clubs as well."
