Olic concern for Bayern

Bayern Munich are anxiously awaiting news on Ivica Olic after the striker picked up a worrying calf injury while away on international duty.

The Croatia striker has been ruled out of Wednesday's vital World Cup qualifier against Kazakhstan after picking up the problem during training.

"When I was shooting at goal, I felt as though my calf had burst," explained Olic, whose side must win to secure a place in the qualifying play-offs.

"It felt as if someone had hit me with a hard object."
