Bayern Munich's general manager Uli Hoeness has no plans to bring a new striker to the Allianz Arena in the summer.
Bayern have already agreed to let Lukas Podolski return to Koln at the end of this season, but are not interested in replacing the Germany international.
"We have decided that for next season we will go with Luca Toni, Miroslav Klose, Ivica Olic and Thomas Mueller," Hoeness told the Munchner Merkur.
"I would rather have a few weeks of having a striker shortage, than go through a whole season with the theatre we have had with Lukas Podolski.
"If we were to buy another player, who was the finished article, then Thomas Mueller would only be sitting on the bench."
