Demichelis drops Madrid hint

Bayern Munich defender Martin Demichelis has revealed an ambition to one day play for Real Madrid.

The 28-year-old Argentina international has been at the Allianz Arena since 2003, but harbours an ambition to play for Real following a conversation he had with current Madrid coach Manuel Pellegrini in the past.

"One day I would love to play at Real Madrid," declared the South American.

"Pellegrini and I are very respectful. Once he advised me to join Madrid. Now I would love to be play under him.

"I want to live in Spain one day. Germany will always be a special place for me because my son was born here, but life is much more like Argentina in Spain."
