Bayern Munich general director Uli Hoeness has said that his club are ready to report Real Madrid to FIFA over their conduct in their attempt to sign Franck Ribery this summer.
Ribery is wanted at the Bernabeu but Bayern are determined to keep hold of the France international and they have reacted angrily to Real's public chase for their star asset.
"Real Madrid have lost their respect for us. If they continue like this we will report them to FIFA," Hoeness told AS.
"People like (Emilio) Butragueno or (Zinedine) Zidane are talking when they shouldn't because they are talking about a player who is contracted to us.
"The only ones that have legitimacy to talk are (president) Florentino Perez and (sporting director) Jorge Valdano."
Hoeness added that the reason Bayern have not reported the La Liga giants already is out of respect for spokesman Jose Luis Lopez Serrano and Burtagueno.
