Bayern slam Podolski link

Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has dismissed reports suggesting that Germany striker Lukas Podolski is set to leave the club.
The 23-year-old impressed for his country at Euro 2008, having struggled to make his mark in his first season at the Allianz Arena.
However, Rummenigge has rubbished suggestions that Podolski could be heading back to former club Koln.
He said: "The case has been closed. We have made a categorical decision. The reports about Lukas Podolski are pure fiction.
"There is no question of selling Podolski to Koln. I called my counterpart to tell him clearly and it is a definite decision."
Podolski had earlier hinted that he was keen on a move, saying: "I of course know about enquiries from abroad, which are very attractive from a sporting point of view. But Koln would be for me a matter of the heart.
"I feel good there and have family there. The birth of my son also comes into the equation, I believe Bayern understand that."
