Bayern rubbish Ribery report

Bayern Munich have again voiced their determination to ward off all potential bidders for France international forward Franck Ribery.
Reports on Tuesday had suggested that the German powerhouses were pondering bids from the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United, Real Madrid and Barcelona, but a statement from Bayern has dismissed such talk.
It read: "It was reported that Franck Ribery could be allowed to leave for an appropriate transfer fee. This is a false report and does not reflect the truth.
"There is no such resolution by the advisory board of Bayern Munich which includes the issue of a sale of the player Franck Ribery.
"The transfer of a player does not need the approval of the advisory board, according to the constitution of the Bayern Munich board of directors.
"The Bayern Munich board of directors have made the overwhelming resolution that the player Franck Ribery is not for sale."
