Bayern firm over van Bommel

Bayern Munich have issued captain Mark van Bommel with a take it or leave it contract ultimatum.
The Netherlands international is out of contract at the Allianz Arena at the end of the current season and has so far failed to agree terms on a new deal with the Bundesliga champions.
"There is from our side neither something new nor something to change - the offer stands," said chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
"Mark has up until the end of the month to decide whether he takes it or not.
"The ball is in his court."
