Bayern Munich star Franck Ribery hasn't been set a deadline regarding new contract talks, according to his agent.

Reports suggested the France international had until March to make a decision on his future.

Despite the rumours, Ribery is set to meet with the club's hierarchy at the end of the season to discuss the issue, but his representatives insist there is no rush.

Agent Alain Migliaccio told Bild: "Franck has a contract until 2011 and so Bayern hold all the cards in their hands.

"Before we meet with (Karl-Heinz) Rummenigge, (Uli) Hoeness and (Christian) Nerlinger, nothing will happen.

"The story about the ultimatum is absolute nonsense, nobody has given Franck an ultimatum."
