Young midfielder signs pro deal

The midfielder, offered a one-year deal, joined the Tykes' youth-team set-up from Chelsea last summer and impressed while playing for both the academy side and the reserves. Barnsley manager Simon Davey told the club's official website: "We are delighted Jordan has committed his future to Barnsley Football Club. "He is a player with a lot of potential and one we are looking forward to working with him next season."
