Tykes: No Howard offers

Barnsley boss Simon Davey says the club have yet to field any offers for captain and star midfielder Brian Howard.
The 25-year-old was a star of the Tykes' run to the FA Cup semi-finals last season, sparking talk of interest from a number of top-flights clubs.
However, Davey told the Yorkshire Post: "There's no news and we've had no enquiries. There's been a lot of speculation, but that's all it is.
"There's nothing from the club. We've not put a valuation on his head, we've not had any enquiries and, so as far as we're concerned, he's a Barnsley player."
Howard, who only has 12 months of his current deal at Oakwell to run, had earlier warned: "Although Barnsley insist they want to keep me, nobody at the club has been in touch with me yet to offer me a new contract.
"I feel like I've given great service to this club, and I'd like them to recognise that by doing one of two things - either give me the contract I'm worth or sell me."
