Tykes boss impressed with Sodje
The 21-year-old striker, who joined from Blue Square Premier side York, has made an impression on Davey, who has backed him for a big future at the club.
Davey told the club's official website: "We brought Sodje in as a development player.
"We have no aspirations for him to be the finished article in the first few weeks of him being here but we see raw potential there and maybe in a year's time he can become a regular in the first team.
"He has impressed the staff with his attitude and his desire to succeed."
