Trio's Tykes exits confirmed

The three backroom staff members have followed manager Simon Davey out of the club following the Tykes' poor start ot the season. A club statement read: "Barnsley FC would like to thank Ryan, Kelham and Dave for their services in the last two-and-a-half years and wish them every success in the future." Davey departed by mutual consent following the home defeat to Reading just over a week ago, which left Barnsley winless and rooted to the bottom of the Championship. Rotherham manager Mark Robins is expected to be confirmed as Davey's replacement this week, while Millers assistant manager John Breckin, first-team coach Steve Taylor and goalkeeping coach Nick Daws have all been given permission to enter talks with their Yorkshire neighbours.
