Steele commits future to Barnsley

Barnsley goalkeeper Luke Steele has signed a two-year contract extension to keep him at Oakwell until 2013.The 26-year-old has been with the Championship club since 2008. Reds manager Mark Robins told BBC Radio Sheffield: "I'm pleased that we've extended his contract so he's got two-and-a-half years from today." Steele added: "I'm delighted to stay at the club and I can concentrate on the rest of the season. This is where I want to be." The former Manchester United keeper originally joined.... read more
