Robins happy with fresh look

Barnsley boss Mark Robins is pleased with how his new recruits have settled at the club. Robins has signed five players this summer with Goran Lovre, Jason Shackell, Jim O'Brien, Liam Dickinson and Jay McEveley joining the ranks. "We let a lot of players go from last season and we needed new faces in the club and those players have fitted in really well," Robins told The Star. "We needed a new vigour at this club and wanted to go down a fresh route and that is what we have done. I could have easily gone for the easy option and just got any old player in, but that is not me. "I am happy to wait for quality. There might be some new players that the fans might not know much about but I have brought in lots of quality and I am happy to wait for more."
