Barnsley boss Andy Ritchie is set to launch an appeal over Brian Howard's red card against Bradford City, claiming the decision was "harsh".
Ritchie was perplexed by the sending off of Howard for a foul on Bantams substitute Lewis Emanuel, while he also backed opposition winger Ben Muirhead after he received his marching orders for a debatable second yellow card following a tangle with Stephen McPhail.
Ritchie said: "I've got the video and I'm going to have a look at it and see if I can get my appeal in straightaway.
"I thought Brian Howard's sending off was harsh and I thought the Bradford player's sending off was even harsher. There were some strange decisions."
