Barnsley boss Andy Ritchie has ruled out the possibility of replacing Paul Sturrock at South Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Wednesday.
Ritchie is the latest in a long line of possibilities to be linked to the Hillsborough position, but despite being flattered at being thrown into the equation, Ritchie does not expect to get the call.
"It's flattering when your name gets mentioned with regards to other clubs because it means that someone has sat up and said that I've done a good job here," Ritchie said.
"I've heard rumours that Sheffield Wednesday are after an ex-player to take over and I cannot ever remember playing for them.
"I do not think I will be the man."
