Barnsley have signed Polish attacking midfielder Tomasz Cywka on a one-year-deal.
The 24-year-old, who can play either as a striker or behind the striker was released by champions Reading at the end of the season after making four appearances for the Royals.
He has spent the majority of his career at Derby, making fifty appearances in all competitions, scoring 5 goals. He had previously played for Wigan.
He has appeared at all levels up to U-21 for Poland.
