Preece Signs New Deal
And Shackell move all but sealed. Goal-keeper David Preece has extended his stay at Oakwell until the summer of 2012 after agreed a one year extension. The 34 year old who arrived from Denmark in 2009 has made just seven appearances as understudy to Luke Steele but has conceded 16 goals including five at QPR and six at Newcastle. He failed to make a single appearance in 2010-2011. Meanwhile captain Jason Shackell has all but completed his £1m move toDerby.
