They have won just twice away from the Cardiff City Stadium, and have lost five matches on the road, the most in the top half. Only Barnsley, Wolves, Burnley, Sheffield Wednesday, Bristol City and Ipswich who have all only lost six, have lost more.   They are though imperious at home, having won all nine matches in front of their own supporters. Only they and Coalville Town in the Evo-Stick Premier League South have a 100% home record in the top 10 levels of English football.   Barnsley are suffering their worst run at home in eight years and have failed to win any of their last five matches at Oakwell. A sixth winless game in front of their own supporters would be their worst run in 16 years, since they ended the 1995-1996 season by failing to win any of their final six home matches.   The Reds have managed a paltry six goals at home this season, the lowest in the Championship. The 10 they have conceded is the second lowest in the bottom half however.   Indeed the 16 goals, The Reds have scored home and away this season is the second lowest in the division, only Bristol City (11) have scored less and the 5-0 hammering of Birmingham in September remains the only league game in 2012-13 that The Reds have scored more than once.   Barnsley have 16 points from their 17 Championship games, their lowest points tally at this stage of a season since their first year back in the division (2006-2007) when they had 15.   If Cardiff score today it will be the 100th goal the club have conceded under Keith Hill's management. Today is Hill's 64th league match in charge, it took his predecessor Mark Robins until his 72nd match to hit that number. Simon Davey also hit the 100 goal conceded mark in his 64th game in charge.   Goalkeeper Luke Steele is set to make his 150th league appearance for the club today. Since signing in 2008, and making his debut in the historic FA Cup victory at Liverpool, the 28 year old has conceded 209 goals in his 149 games.   On This Day:   Barnsley: Played: 17, Won 6, Drawn 6, Lost 5, Scored 29, Conceded 25.
