Mixed emotions for Robins

Barnsley manager Mark Robins was happy with his side's 3-3 draw at Elland Road but felt his side squandered several opportunities to pick up three points. Jason Shackell put the Tykes in front before the hosts started to assert their authority and took a half-time lead thanks to Luciano Becchio's header and a controversial Max Gradel penalty. Matt Hill equalised for Barnsley before Bradley Johnson was dismissed for two bookable offences. Gradel, though, restored Leeds' advantage with a wonderful finish from the edge of the area before Kieran Trippier ensured both sides settled for a point. "We've had plenty of chances - there were umpteen chances I could mention and really we've done enough to win the game but just that little bit of bad judgement put us in the carton," said Robins. "I thought it was a good game of football. Both sides committed and gave the supporters everything, gave us everything and ran their socks off and I thought there was a decent bit of quality to the game as well as some decent goals. "We've got to be a little bit better and make more correct decisions and that's the only negative I'm going to go into tonight. Overall, I was pleased with the spirit, I was pleased with effort and if I can teach my strikers to score goals like my defenders can, then we'll be okay."
