Mattis free to leave Tykes

Barnsley manager Simon Davey has told Dwayne Mattis he is free to leave Oakwell and find a new club this summer.
The 26-year-old midfielder joined the Tykes in January 2007 from Bury but has made only four starts for the Championship side and none for seven months.
Mattis also spent a month on loan at Walsall earlier this term.
Meanwhile, Davey has confirmed that he has received no offers for club captain Brian Howard.
