Defender Bobby Hassell is hoping to be back in first-team contention with Barnsley sooner rather than later. The 29-year-old has been sidelined for a month by an Achilles injury, but hopes to back in the fold in the near future. He told the Sheffield Star: "I've not been injured for two and a half years, so it was frustrating to be out for so long. "It would have got to me a lot more when I was younger, I'd have rushed back and played as soon as I could. "But I'm a little bit older and wiser now, so I knew that I had to make everything was alright before I started training again."
