Hammill Set To Become a Wolf

Chopra deal hits the rocks as winger set to head to Midlands. A proposed deal to bring former loan star Michael Chopra back to Oakwell looks dead as winger Adam Hammill all set to seal a move to Premier League Wolves. Reds boss Mark Robins was interested in bringing Chopra- who hit 17 goals for the Reds during a loan spell in 2004-2005- back to the club with Hammill heading to Cardiff. It is believed though Hammill has stated he only wishes to move if it is to a Premier League club, and now ex Barnsley legend Mick McCarthy is all set to pounce. Wolves, who are struggling to avoid relegation to the Championship have offered the Scouser- who has eight goals this season- £20,000 per week to move to Molineux and it is believed only the transfer fee, of around £500,000 is yet to be agreed.
