Foster: We must keep tight

Barnsley defender Stephen Foster has stressed the importance of keeping clean sheets if the Tykes are to maintain their climb up the table. The Reds have recovered from a 4-0 opening-day defeat at QPR, winning two and drawing one of their next three games, to rise to 10th in the npower Championship, and Foster wants to keep Norwich's strikers quiet in Saturday's clash at Carrow Road. Foster told the club's official website: "Confidence is high at the moment on the back of two good home wins and what will prove to be a very good point at Bristol (City) even if we were disappointed at the time. "We went away from home and scored three goals and have to take a lot of confidence from that into Saturday's game. "But we have to get back to keeping a clean sheet away from home. That is all-important from my point of view. You need to be tight at the back when you are away from home."
