Flicker Admits McLean Interest
Reds make contact over striker
Reds manager David Flitcroft has told BBC Radio Sheffield that the club has made contact with Premier League Hull City over a move for striker Aaron McLean.

Flitcroft told Radio Sheffield:
"We're speaking club-to-club at the moment,"
"If we can negotiate a deal successfully then I'll speak to the player and see if he is right for this group."
He added: "There's a lot of players who you think will suit the group and then when you speak to them you realise they aren't willing to work as hard as the guys we already have here."
It has been reported that McLean has spent the week training with the Reds, so he could be the final piece of the jigsaw going into the 2013/14 SkyBet Championship season, which starts in nine days with a home game against relegated Wigan Athletic.
Meanwhile, midfielder Kelvin Etuhu could be a doubt for the season opener in just od doors friendly against Manchester United this week and has been sent for scan.ver a week’s time. The 25 year old picked up a hamstring injury during a behind close
