Davey has yet to discuss his summer plans with Cryne, but hopes to bring in several new faces in a streamlined squad for next season.[LNB]Davey told the Star: "Hopefully there's going to be some money for me to buy some new players this summer, but I've got to sit down with Patrick and discuss that.[LNB]"We've let quite a few players go and we've got some talented young players who will hopefully be pushing hard for a first-team place.[LNB]"It's still early days, so we'll see what happens over the summer with regards to any transfers."[LNB]Meanwhile, Sheffield United's failure to win promotion has cost the Tykes an extra £200,000 they would have received from the Blades due to a clause inserted in Brian Howard's contract when he moved to Bramall Lane in January.[LNB][LNB]
