Davey hopes to convince Hammill

The Liverpool winger spent the last three months of last season on loan with the Tykes, who are one of two clubs who have had an offer accepted for the 21-year-old. Davey said: "There are other clubs interested and one has also had a bid accepted, so it's up to me to sell Barnsley and persuade him this is the place he can develop as a player. "Adam was loved by our supporters last season and the coaching staff really enjoyed working with him. I'm confident we can convince him to come here."
