Colace leaves Tykes
Barnsley midfielder Hugo Colace has had his contract terminated by mutual consent.
The 27-year-old Argentinian had a year left to run on a two-year deal he signed in July 2010.
He was expected to leave Barnsley last summer, but turned down a move to Crystal Palace and although he made 28 appearances for the Tykes this season, Colace's form dipped and he failed to settle back down in South Yorkshire.
Colace, who made a total of 108 appearances for the Tykes, scoring nine goals, arrived at Oakwell as a free agent in the summer of 2008 after leaving Newell's Old Boys.
