Brazilian's return key - Davey

The Brazilian playmaker had missed the Tykes' previous three matches due to the sudden death of his mother and Barnsley slipped into the bottom three after taking one point from a possible nine, before Tuesday night's win lifted them up three places. "It was a pleasing result, but the performance was even better. We were right at it," said Davey. "Anderson has been away for a fortnight and we have not played football. He has come back and we played." Davey added: "When we have our players back on the pitch, we will get results. We had them back (against Palace) and we won the game. It is difficult for us when people are missing. "When we have them all on the park, we can perform like that."
