Duo worrying Tykes

Barnsley pair Kelvin Etuhu and Jack Hunt are both doubtful for the Yorkshire derby clash with Leeds.

Etuhu, operating in defence in recent weeks, was forced out of the midweek win at Charlton due to an ankle injury and his replacement Hunt sustained a hamstring problem midway through the second half.

Striker Marcus Pedersen (hamstring) and winger Jim O'Brien (knee) are still struggling for full fitness, but defender Martin Cranie (hamstring) came through unscathed after returning to the side on Tuesday night.

Leeds midfielder Rudy Austin could return to contention.

The Jamaica international (ankle) hopes to be fit after missing the last three games, but defender Sam Byram, sidelined for the last two matches, is not expected to recover from a hamstring problem.

Winger Jimmy Kebe, who has played no part for Leeds since the 5-1 defeat at Bolton in early March, hopes to return to contention for the last two matches, but is still nursing a hamstring injury and will also miss Monday's home game against Nottingham Forest.

Barnsley, second bottom in the table and two points from safety, have won three and drawn one of their last five matches.

Leeds, 10 points clear of the bottom three, halted a run of five straight defeats last week with victory against Blackpool.
