And club extends deal with building society. Barnsley Football Club have this morning exclusively revealed their new home shirt for the 2010-2011 Npower Championship season. The traditional red attire has one significant new feature from the 2009-2010 edition as it displays a thick white line across the chest- replacing the thin white line that ran down the arm and there is also a thin white line across the sleeves instead of the thick white blocks of last season. The shirt is on sale from today and a preview, modelled by midfielder Jacob Butterfield can be viewed by clicking here. Meanwhile the Barnsley Building Society will sponsor the club for a third successive year after extending their deal until the summer of 2011. BBS sponsored The Reds in the 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 seasons before Wake Smith solicitors took over for the 2007-2008 FA Cup Semi-Final season. Barnsley F.C general manager Don Rowing told www.barnsleyfc.co.uk: "We are delighted that Barnsley Building Society has extended its deal with us for a further season. We have had a fantastic partnership through two successful seasons at Oakwell Stadium and we are looking forward to working together again throughout the next 12-months
