Barnsley manager Mark Robins has been handed a timely boost in the knowledge that Franca Anderson Silva has not torn his hamstring.
Robins has made a promising start to life at Oakwell following his managerial switch from League Two side Rotherham United and he is confident of continuing his side's revival against Ipswich this weekend.
Speaking to the club's official website, he said: "Anderson has been for a scan on his hamstring and that has shown that there is no tear.
"We will have a look at him over the next 24-hours before making a decision based on his progress.
"We have a decent squad and players who can come into the side should we need to change things.
"It is a big game and we want three points. We have picked up seven in the last week or so and we want to make that ten before the international break.
