Yakubu could make Shots clash

Barnet may have defender Ismail Yakubu available for the visit of Aldershot. Yakubu lasted just four minutes of last week's clash with Torquay before collapsing with a back spasm which forced him to be hospitalised. However, after the midweek trip to Accrington fell foul of the weather he may be fit enough to feature. Midfielder Mark Hughes is on standby to again fill in alongside veteran Gary Breen if required. Fellow defender Clovis Kamdjo is recovering from knee surgery and could be back in training inside a fortnight, so Hughes is first choice to deputise if Yakubu continues to be troubled. Winger Albert Adomah put in his best performance in several weeks at Notts County last Saturday as he faces up to the prospect of staying at Underhill until the end of the season and boss Ian Hendon will hope for more from him as the Bees bid to win for the first time in 15 games. Striker John O'Flynn will be available after he turned down a £100,000 move to Shrewsbury on transfer deadline day while David Livermore could feature after joining the club on a free transfer on Thursday.
