Two Matts complete U's return
Left-back Lockwood has spent two months with League Two side Barnet, helping the Bees climb away from the foot of the table.
And centre-half Heath has been with League One strugglers Brighton for a month, although he suffered a recurrence of a groin injury in the Seagulls' defeat at MK Dons on Saturday.
The duo will now try to force their way into manager Paul Lambert's plans over the remainder of the season.
