Stimson - Bees starting to buzz

Boss Mark Stimson believes Barnet are starting to turn a corner after the 4-1 home victory over Northampton lifted them off the bottom of the table. Two goals from Steve Kabba, the first a penalty following a ninth-minute red card for Liam Davis, and strikes from Grant Basey and substitute Ricky Holmes saw the Bees home."In the last three games the boys have produced some real good football and haven't had the results they've deserved," said Stimson."We asked them to go and perform like they have done and they did that, and what's pleasing is they got some goals as well. With better finishing or a final ball we could have racked up a few more."We're getting senior players back fit and combinations are beginning to work well and I'm sure that in time we'll be sitting in a much healthier position that we are at the moment."Five games ago, three of the team were 17-year-olds. Now we had to leave people out of the squad, so competition levels have gone up."
