Barnet midfielder Nicky Nicolau has decided to reject a new contract offer and will leave Underhill when his current deal expires at the end of this month.
The 24-year-old found the net three times in 75 appearances during his two seasons with the Bees after joining the club from Swindon Town.
Manager Paul Fairclough told the club's official website: "Nicky's declined an offer to stay.
"He's been good for Barnet. We wish him the best for the future."
Nicolau started his career as a trainee at Arsenal before making 39 appearances for Southend United and then joining Swindon three summers ago.
He made five League appearances for the Robins during the 2005-06 campaign and was loaned out to Hereford United before joining Barnet in July 2006.
