Leary heads to Underhill

Barnet have snapped up former Luton Town midfielder Michael Leary following his release by the Hatters.

The 24-year-old was shown the door after five years at Kenilworth Road, but has quickly found a new home at Underhill.

Leary made just 31 appearances for Town, scoring two goals, while he was also loaned out to Bristol Rovers, Walsall, Torquay United and Brentford.

The schemer told his new club's official website: "I am very happy to be here at Underhill and look forward to kick-starting my career off again.

"I am looking forward to a new challenge."
